Booking and Cancellation Conditions
A minimum deposit of the cost of 1 night’s accommodation is required to secure a booking (balance payable on arrival). Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice (or early termination of your stay) will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. However, the management will endeavour to let the unused rooms/nights again and, if successful, will issue a refund, less any losses or costs involved.
Should anyone in your party smoke anywhere on our Smoke-Free property, a charge of NZ$300 will apply
