• Kitchen with 4-ring Ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric frying pan, fridge, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery, cutlery cooking utensils etc.
• Bathroom with high pressure, constant hot water shower plus vanity unit, wc, hairdryer, ironing board and steam iron.
• From the large Sun Deck there is a Panoramic View ranging from inland countryside, the Waitangi River, Waitangi, Russell and out to the Ocean. Though it does not have a direct Ocean View and is adjacent to the Office (this is reflected in the price), the Unit has proved to be very popular with guests and does, in fact, have a more beautiful view and ambience than many "Ocean-View" Motels in Paihia.
